Mohsin match, as it is popularly known, is today the largest safety match manufacturing facility in Pakistan. To supplement Mohsin match and to meet growing local and international demands for its products, a sister safety match manufacturing unit came into production in 1995 under the name Mohsin enterprises.

    Job Description:







    RESPONSIBILITIES






    * Disposal of all type of waste


    * Disposal of scrape


    * Checking of Replacement


    * Control Security, Time Office, Store and Excise.


    * Strict watch on workers activities.


    * Checking of Canteen/Mills shop.


    * General Cleanliness of the mills area.


    * Liaise on with Police, WAPDA, SDA, DCO and Civil Administration.


    * Obtaining of permit for shifting of machinery.


    * Checking / signing of Gate Passes, Excise Documents, store and accounts books.


    * Surprise checking of fire fighting equipments.


    * Supervision of constructions/civil works.


    * Close contact with local Police, Wapda, SDA/DCO and local administration is ensured.






    Permit for Machinery Shifting






    * For obtaining permit for shifting of machinery, a letter regarding receipt of latest model machinery is given to IDO/SDA and all the documents i.e. L/C and container bilties are provided to them. The new and old machines are being inspected by the committee. After verification the IDO send a report to the DCO and as per their procedure/committee report the permit is being obtained.


    * To receive purchase demand from the store incharge of the mills.


    * To keep him uptodate about the market rate.


    * Prepare purchase order according to the demand received from the store.


    * Sending purchase order to the approved suppliers.


    * To evaluate and select the suppliers on their ability to supply products in accordance with a company’sdemand.


    * To verify store issue report, good received report and original invoice and forward the records to the accounts for the payment to suppliers.


    * To supervise and help his subordinates.


    * He is also responsible to make sure that the purchase products fully conform to the purchase order quality wise.


    * He may verify the purchase products by sending his subordinate to the factory.


    * To maintain the record of sales tax on cotton in folder monthly with photo copy of sales tax demand draft and acknowledgement of sales tax payment from party.


    * To purchase packing material for both units.


    * To keep up with the packing material requirements.


    * To check on quality standard and weight standard of packing material.


    * To verify the bills of packing materials deductions.


    * Any other task assigned by top management.


    * To keep and maintain a complete hygienic surrounding, with all the documents placed in order and identified
