The new and old machines are being inspected by the committee. After verification the IDO send a report to the DCO and as per their procedure/committee report the permit is being obtained.


    * To receive purchase demand from the store incharge of the mills.


    * To keep him uptodate about the market rate.


    * Prepare purchase order according to the demand received from the store.


    * Sending purchase order to the approved suppliers.
