f) Punjab Bar Council's up to date/valid registration certificate showing the date of enrolment.

Job Description:
· Ensure preparation of security deposit refund vouchers.
· Responsible for debit/credit vouchers, payments, receipts & other attacheddocuments related with daily bank position.
· Responsible for Principal related matters & correspondence with Principal.
· Responsible for Income Tax/Sales Tax/CED related matters such as calculation, law implications, & applicability/payment/reply to tax department’s queries
· Briefing & consultation with staff as well as other company colleaguesincluding Corporate.
· Ensure audit query compliances, updating of information, system development& review of other departmental work
· Review & follow-up for weekly outstanding report & of weeks issue.
· Review of calculation & finalization of tax payments & statementsIncome tax, vendor tax, tax on commission, tax on THC/CSC, CED on commission &sales tax
· Monthly submission of SGA (statement of general account). Responsible formonthly projected cash flows & actual cash flows of all companies &responsible for monthly accounts of all companies
· In charge of annual & quarterly appraisals of staff
· Responsible for annual income tax returns & annual accounts of all companies
· In charge of the planning & budgeting of all companies
· Responsible for various MIS reports as & when required
· Any other assignment / task assigned
