    Job Description:
    Responsible for developing & implementing strategies for the branch to contribute towards achievement of banks overall business objectives.
    Ensure smooth functioning of the branch with a view to achieving growth targets within a reasonable time frame & budget.
    Acts as a direct link & interface between customers & management. Also has complete people management responsibility for the branch employees. Achieve overall branch sale & revenue budgeted targets & services to help towards making ATLAS Bank the bank of choice for Customers in Pakistan.

    Skills Required:

    Technical Skills -Proficiency in computer skills specially MS Office. -Good knowledge of the bank, product & services. -Working knowledge, awareness of banking solution. -Knowledge & familiarity of SBP regulation & ATLAS bank policies. Behavioral Skills -Leadership & Motivational skills. -People & Team Management Skills. -Target Driven with an effective interpersonal style. -Problem solving abilities. -Good Communication & interpersonal skills. -Decision making & analytical skills.
