Job Description:
Experience:- 2 - 3 years of experience in providing timely office administrative services at the Regional & National Level.- Checking & verifying all bills and invoices directed to administration.- Maintaining inventory of stationary and other office supplies for the Head Office.- Responsible for purchasing of miscellaneous items as and when required.
Responsible for filing and organization of all administration related documentation.
Providing support in arrangement of travel & accommodation services
Skills Required:
